Many travel services will require you to follow third-party (airline, hotel, rental car) policies and deadlines for cancellations or refunds. FlyNim assists you but is not liable if a supplier denies or delays a refund, or modifies fare rules after booking. All rights remain with the supplier.
If your booking was made in one currency and refund issued in another, refunds may be impacted by fluctuations or bank conversion fees. We will refund in the currency of original booking whenever possible and will notify you if any exchange-related deduction applies.
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in business practices, supplier terms or applicable laws. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Your continuing use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
